Alternatively, scan this QR code with your PDA:

What else do I need to submit ?

Email your resume (CV) to membership@CHDinterventions.org . Make sure your CV notes the nature of your involvement with minimally invasive treatment of CHD.
Examples: training, experience and /or responsibilities with relevant tests, patient prep for the cath lab, cath lab duties, post-procedure recovery, teaching, clinical, research, etc.
Supplementary materials are not required but feel free to include if you believe helpful.

What are the annual dues?

Discounted for ALL allied health professionals through JUNE 30, 2025:

  • North America: $50 USD.
  • All other nations: $15 USD.

Do I need to apply as part of a group of applicants?

NO.  Please apply as an individual. After testing discounted AHP group dues rates, the administrative effort at your end (and ours) to coordinate several applications at once was found to be burdensome. To streamline the process we elected to extend this discounted rate to ALL qualified AHP applicants. Fill out the short form individually.

When should I pay my dues ?

No payment is required when you apply. Upon acceptance you will receive an invoice, followed by a receipt upon payment. Thereafter you will be invoiced annually.

I would like to pay my dues as a

Sometimes several in a hospital will apply with dues to be billed to a master account. If so, email us letting us know who in your group is the point-of-contact.
